F8 BENCH INVITATIONAL

INVITING THE BEST BENCHERS IN THE WORLD TO SEE WHO IS THE TRUE KING OF BENCHING
Date & time: July 20th, 2024 at 10am
Invitations: Invites will go out to the top benchers in the world, lifters will have till 5/1/2024 to accept
Bench only meet: Benchers will take 2 attempts in each category single ply, multiply, and unlimited
Weight Classes: Light Weight, Middle Weight, Heavy Weight
Awards: $10,000 will be given to the Best Lifter (overall by co-efficient) as well as trophies for first place Light Weight, Middle Weight, Heavy Weight and $1,000 for every ATWR broken.
Records: Lifts in each category will be recorded on openpowerlifting.org
Live Feed: TBA
Venue: TBA Clarion, Pennsylvania
Weigh-ins: Friday, July 19th, 9am – 12pm or 5pm-7pm at venue
Lifting Begins: Saturday @ 10am (mandatory lifters meeting at 9:00am)
Eligibility: Each competitor must be invited and have a valid IPA Membership.
Uniforms: Must meet IPA Specifications. A one piece lifting suit must be worn.
Equipment: F8 Bench Bar & Elitefts Bench
